About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Education Counsellor with a passion for sales and student engagement. As part of our Inside Sales Team, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through our certification and degree programs, addressing their queries, and ensuring successful enrolments.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead Conversion: Engage with potential students through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their career aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
✅ Counselling & Sales: Effectively counsel prospects on the benefits of certification and degree programs offered by IITs, IIMs, and other top institutions.
✅ Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students and working professionals to drive enrolments.
✅ Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
✅ Process Optimization: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrolments using CRM tools.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, education counselling, or EdTech sales.
🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and professionals.
🔹 Proven track record in achieving sales targets and handling objections.
🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
🔹 Prior experience in EdTech or education counselling is a plus.
