Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for a Senior Counsellor (Study Abroad) with Orion Edutech Pvt. Ltd. The Senior Counsellor will provide guidance to students seeking higher education opportunities abroad, assist with application and documentation processes, and offer career counseling. Responsibilities include evaluating student profiles, providing visa assistance, advising on test preparations, conducting consultations with students and families, and maintaining updated knowledge of international education systems. The role requires regular communication with universities and students to address inquiries and ensure seamless processes.
Sr. Counselor
1. Provide expert counseling & end-to-end student guidance for Study abroad(Germany , France, UK, Ireland, MALTA, Spain etc.)
2. Drive monthly sales, lead conversions & revenue targets.
3. Handle complex cases (profile building, course selection)
4. Train/mentor junior counselors & manage team performance
5. Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet targets consistently.
