Role Description
As a Senior Counsellor in Edtech Sales (Degree Vertical), you will engage with prospective students to understand their career aspirations and provide tailored educational and program guidance. Your primary responsibilities will include advising students on suitable courses, managing leads, and converting them into enrollments. You will cultivate relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering trust throughout the counselling process. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi, where you will collaborate closely with the team to meet sales targets and maintain professional standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and customer service skills with a focus on active listening and addressing student queries effectively.
- Proven Sales skills, including lead conversion and relationship building with a results-driven approach.
- Exceptional Organization skills for managing multiple leads, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Passion for education and commitment to helping students achieve their educational and career goals.
- Working knowledge of the edtech industry or experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in sales, education, or counselling is preferred.
