Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Cost Manager MEP, based in Noida. The position involves leading MEP cost management activities, including estimating, budgeting, and cost control, to ensure project delivery within financial and scope parameters. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed cost plans and reports, managing procurement strategies, analyzing tenders, and working closely with teams to ensure compliance with budgets and performance targets. The role also requires fostering relationships with stakeholders and providing advice on value engineering to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Cost Planning, Estimation, and Budget Management
- Expertise in Procurement Strategies, Tender Analysis, and Contract Negotiations
- Knowledge in Value Engineering, Risk Assessment, and Quality Assurance
- Experience with MEP project audits, technical due diligence, and dispute resolution
- Proficiency in relevant software for project management and cost modeling
- Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in MEP cost management or related roles
- Professional certifications like RICS or equivalent are an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
