Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Cost Manager located in Delhi. The Senior Cost Manager will be responsible for overseeing cost management activities, preparing cost estimates, managing project budgets, and ensuring cost efficiency. Key tasks include creating detailed cost reports, managing contracts, analyzing financial risks, and liaising with clients and project teams for seamless project execution to meet agreed objectives within budgets.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in cost estimation, budget preparation, and financial forecasting
- Experience in contract management, procurement strategies, and managing supplier relationships
- Proficiency in financial risk analysis, cost variance reporting, and cost control mechanisms
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Advanced knowledge of relevant software (e.g., cost management tools, MS Excel)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven track record in delivering cost management solutions within the construction or infrastructure sector
- Professional certifications like RICS or equivalent are an advantage
