Role Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong expertise in both Civil and MEP works for corporate interior projects. This role is critical in ensuring our projects are cost-effective, well-managed, and delivered with financial discipline—without compromising on quality or design intent.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs and detailed cost estimates for civil, interior, and MEP works
- Perform quantity take-offs and manage project costs end-to-end
- Handle tendering, vendor evaluation, and negotiations
- Coordinate with clients for cost presentations and pre-sales support
- Maintain commercial documentation, reports, and cost trackers
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
• 3–4 years of experience in costing & QS (Design & Build / interiors preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Civil + MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
