Position: Assistant Manager
Salary: Up to 8 Lac + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
As an expert Senior Travel Consultant, you will:
Handle end-to-end travel requirements for corporate accounts.
Manage implant operations and provide on-site travel support for corporate clients.
Demonstrate strong expertise in Global Distribution Systems (GDS), including Amadeus and Galileo.
Process domestic and international flight ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
Possess excellent knowledge of airline routing, fare construction, and itinerary planning.
Handle complex travel itineraries while ensuring cost-effective and policy-compliant solutions.
Provide basic visa and transit visa guidance and coordinate documentation requirements.
Manage hotel reservations and travel insurance bookings for corporate travelers.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Resolve travel-related issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate booking records and ensure compliance with company and client travel policies.
Deliver exceptional customer service with quick turnaround times and effective communication.
Qualifications:
We're seeking candidates with:
- 3+Years of relevant travel consultancy experience.
- Good Knowledge of Amadeus and Galileo
- Knowledge of Issuance/ Reissuance and Refund
- Knowledge of Partial reissue and Refund
- Good command on Geography knowledge and international routing
- Previous implant experience and familiarity with CBT tools (preferred).
- Dedication to customer satisfaction and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
- Proficiency in international booking and ticketing, including complex routes.
- Above-average productivity levels and proficiency in GDS systems.
- Internet research skills for client information.
- Flexibility to work weekends and handle on-call duties.
