About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Corporate Trainer to lead training and capability-building initiatives across our immigration teams. The role focuses on enhancing employee performance through effective onboarding, behavioural training, communication coaching, and process training.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about learning & development, capable of engaging teams through interactive training sessions, and experienced in driving measurable performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
· Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions
· Deliver process, product, behavioural, and communication training
· Facilitate role-plays, case studies, mock calls, and workshops
· Conduct refresher training based on performance gaps and QA findings
New Hire Onboarding
· Lead induction and onboarding programs for new employees
· Conduct assessments and certification checkpoints
· Support smooth transition from training to live operations
Coaching & Skill Development
· Provide floor coaching and one-on-one feedback sessions
· Train employees on communication, client handling, objection management, and leadership skills
· Work closely with team leads to reinforce learning and improve performance
Content & Process Improvement
· Update training content based on process and policy changes
· Customize training materials according to real-time business requirements
· Gather feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness
Reporting & Performance Tracking
· Monitor attendance, assessment scores, and training outcomes
· Share reports and insights with HR, L&D, and Operations teams
· Align training impact with KPIs such as quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity
Candidate Requirements
Experience
· 3–7 years of experience in Corporate Training, Process Training, or Soft Skills Training
· Prior experience in immigration, legal services, BPO, consulting, or compliance-driven industries is preferred
· Experience conducting classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs
Skills
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Excellent facilitation and coaching abilities
· Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners
· Strong organisational and planning skills
· Data-driven approach to performance improvement
Preferred Tools
· PowerPoint, Canva, Mentimeter, Kahoot, Slido
· Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, Loom
· LMS platforms such as Moodle, TalentLMS, iSpring, ProProfs
