About The Role
: We are looking for a performance-driven Senior Content Writer to own and scale our CRM communications. This role sits at the intersection of content, marketing, and analytics - focused on driving engagement, CTR, and conversions through high-impact messaging across CRM channel
s.
Key Responsibilitie
s: • Take complete ownership of CRM communications across channels including Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and S
MS.• Improve CTR, engagement, and conversion rates during campaigns and sale events through data-driven conte
nt.• Scale CRM Effectiveness - Continuously optimize messaging to enhance CRM performance and user engageme
nt.• Create, manage, and optimize campaigns using platforms like WebEngage (or similar tools such as CleverTa
p).• Monitor and analyse weekly CTR and campaign performance; iterate based on insigh
ts.• Ensure all communication aligns with brand tone and voice while delivering strong performance outcom
es.
What We’re Looking
For:• 5–6 years in content writing, preferably within B2C start
ups.• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as WebEngage, CleverTap, or similar platfo
rms.• Demonstrated experience in writing high-performing CRM campai
gns.• Excellent command of language with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging communicat
ion.• Proven track record of driving engagement, CTR, and conversions through cont
ent.• Strong narrative-building ability with sharp attention to brand tone and det
ail.
