🚨 We're Hiring | Senior Copywriter + Video Editor Lead 🚨
📍 Location: Oshiwara, Andheri West, Mumbai (Work from Office)
🕒 Experience: 3–6 Years
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
⏰ Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
At The Think Tank, we're looking for a Senior Copywriter + Video Editor Lead who can turn ideas into compelling stories and bring brands to life through impactful communication and visual storytelling.
If you've spent the last few years in an advertising or marketing agency, have worked extensively with real estate brands, and are ready to lead a creative team, we'd love to connect with you.

What You'll DoAs our Senior Copywriter + Video Editor Lead, you will:
✨ Lead the Copywriting and Video Editing team.
✨ Conceptualize and execute integrated advertising campaigns.
✨ Write compelling copy across digital, print, branding, corporate communication, events, and films.
✨ Develop scripts for brand films, corporate AVs, launch campaigns, digital videos, and social media.
✨ Oversee the complete video editing process and ensure exceptional storytelling and visual quality.
✨ Mentor and guide the copy team while maintaining high creative standards.
✨ Collaborate with Client Servicing, Strategy, Creative, Digital, Production, and Event teams.
✨ Present creative concepts confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has✔ 3–6 years of experience in an Advertising/Creative/Marketing Agency.
✔ Mandatory experience working on Real Estate brands and marketing campaigns.
✔ Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and conceptual thinking skills.
✔ Experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
✔ Knowledge of video editing workflows and post-production processes (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools is an advantage).
✔ Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
✔ A passion for advertising, branding, content, and creative excellence.
