Experience with Siemens / Mitsubishi / Rockwell PLCs
Siemens software: Simatic Manager, TIA Portal, WinCC Flexible, Starter
Rockwell software: RSLogix 5000, FactoryTalk
Robot Programming:
Experience with Fanuc / KUKA / ABB robots
CNC programming exposure (Siemens / Fanuc) preferred
Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience in site commissioning of automation projects
Strong experience in programming, simulation, and testing
Experience with:
Siemens S7-1500 & S7-1200 (TIA Portal)
Beckhoff / Mitsubishi PLCs
Safety PLC programming (preferred)
HMI & Systems:
Programming of Touchscreen HMIs (Siemens, Exor, Pro-face, Beckhoff, etc.)
Programming Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in:
Ladder Logic
Function Blocks
Structured Control Language (SCL)
Communication & Networking:
Experience with industrial protocols:
Profinet
Ethernet TCP/IP
SSI
RS-485
CANopen
EtherCAT
Experience with multi-node Remote I/O systems (>100 I/Os)
Additional Experience:
Integration & configuration of:
Scanners
RFID systems
Cameras
Printers
Third-party devices
Servo drive programming:
Positioning & closed-loop speed control using encoders
