Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Contract Specialist for Canada Opportunities to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. The Senior Contract Specialist will oversee the creation, evaluation, negotiation, and management of contractual agreements. This role involves maintaining compliance with regulations, addressing legal or contractual disputes, analyzing contracts for accuracy, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to achieve successful contract outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Contract Management and Contractual Agreements expertise to oversee the lifecycle of contracts and ensure compliance.
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and the ability to analyze terms to align with organizational objectives and legal frameworks.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey concepts and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills to evaluate contractual data, identify potential risks, and propose solutions.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
