Job Purpose:
- Responsible for managing the contractual processes, financial transactions, and billing for real estate development projects.
- The role involves ensuring timely preparation of bills, monitoring project budgets, reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. T
- his position requires strong attention to detail, financial acumen, and understanding of legal frameworks in construction and real estate development.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Proven experience ( 5 - 8 years) in contracts administration and billing within the real estate or construction industry.
• Familiarity with construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, JCT) and legal documentation.
• Strong knowledge of financial management and project cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Desirable Skills:
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, RICS).
• Experience with ERP or financial management software.
• Knowledge of local building codes, real estate laws, and regulations.
