Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Political Senior Content Writer to join our team on a `full-time, on-site basis to lead content creation initiatives and deliver high-quality, engaging material across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has capability to mentor junior writers while driving content strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business and marketing goals
- Create high-quality content for social media pages
- Lead and mentor junior content writers, providing feedback and guidance
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to produce cohesive campaigns
- Analyze content performance and refine strategies based on insights
- Maintain platforms such as Facebook, X and Instagram
Requirements & Skills:
- 2–5+ years of experience in political content writing, copywriting, or related roles
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience managing content calendars and multiple projects
- Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong political research and analytical skills
