We are looking for an experienced Senior Content Writer & Project Coordinator with a strong command of Gujarati, along with Hindi and English, to develop compelling, culturally relevant, and impact-driven content. This role is central to campaigns across public health, social development, and government communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the content calendar with strict adherence to timelines
- Develop high-quality, error-free, and engaging content in Gujarati (primary), Hindi, and English
- Ensure all content is culturally relevant, audience-appropriate, and aligned with campaign objectives
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy in grammar, facts, and language quality
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with project goals and communication mandates
- Support strategic planning with accurate analysis and actionable recommendations
- Coordinate submission of reports, documents, and project deliverables to clients, vendors, and government stakeholders within deadlines
- Assist in payment follow-ups, collections, and coordination with accounts/finance teams
- Maintain proper documentation and records for compliance and reporting
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on content performance and campaign outcomes
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mass communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in content creation, with a strong focus on Gujarati-language content.
- Proven experience in multilingual communication, preferably in the public health or government sector.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in Gujarati (mandatory), along with Hindi and English.
- Working knowledge of tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
