Whizz HR is hiring for Content Strategist/ Content Writer in Gurugram
About the Company
Content writers are responsible for preparation of long-format Articles, Emails, instruction manuals and brochures with the main goal to simply communicate, complex technical information, easily in a consumable manner. They also develop, gather, and disseminate technical information among customers, designers, and manufacturers (as may be required from time to time).
About the Role
Core Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Draft blog posts, articles, web copy, emails, and, white papers, and social media content.
- SEO Optimization: Incorporate target keywords and best practices to increase website traffic.
- Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics.
- Editing/Proofreading: Ensure content is error-free, consistent with brand voice, and engaging.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and product teams to meet content needs.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze content performance metrics to adjust strategy.
Qualifications
- Education/Experience: Often a Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or Marketing, along with a portfolio of published work.
Required Skills
- Writing & Editing: Exceptional command of English grammar, spelling, and tone.
- SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with keyword research and SEO tools.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
