Job Overview
Stimulus Research Services is looking for a dynamic and experienced Content Writer – Team Lead to manage and guide a team of content writers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in content creation, team handling, and experience working with digital marketing agencies. This role requires close coordination with designers and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, engaging, and result-driven content for clients.
Key Responsibilites:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of content writers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
- Plan, review, and edit content across multiple platforms (social media, blogs, websites, campaigns, etc.)
- Coordinate closely with designers to align content with creatives and branding guidelines
- Understand client requirements and develop content strategies accordingly
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all deliverables
- Maintain content quality standards and ensure error-free output
- Work collaboratively with the digital marketing team to support campaigns and performance goals
- Manage deadlines, workflows, and team productivity
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Team Lead in content writing
- Proven experience working with a digital marketing agency/firm
- Strong command over English (written and verbal)
- Excellent editing, proofreading, and content strategy skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding
Preferred Qualifications:
- Educational background in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field
- Experience in handling multiple clients and diverse industries
