Job Description – Content Writer

Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Writer to create impactful, user-focused content across product, marketing, and digital channels. The role requires close collaboration with product, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistent and engaging communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and design teams to create and refine in-app content and user communication
- Work with marketing and sales teams to develop social media content and sales presentations
- Own and manage website content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong messaging
- Implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and organic reach
- Translate complex concepts (finance, AI, behavioural insights) into simple, engaging content
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all platforms
Key Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in content writing, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or startup environments
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, and marketing teams
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital content optimisation
- Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging narratives
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage setup
