CTC: 8 - 10 LPA (Non-negotiable)

About the role:
Learnyst powers secure online academies for creators, educators, and test-prep institutes. We have an SEO engine, a paid acquisition motion, and a content team shipping every week. We need someone who owns the quality bar, someone who writes the hard pieces themselves and lifts everyone else's output.
You'll write the BOFU pieces that close deals, edit the team's drafts before they ship, and ensure Learnyst content stands out across all marketing channels.
What you'll own:
1. The high-stakes pieces (you write them):
Comparison pages, case studies, BOFU/MOFU long-form, POV essays, sales-facing assets. The pieces with the highest leverage on the pipeline.
2. Editorial bar for the team:
Edit drafts from our SEO Content Specialist and incoming writers before publication. Build a writing standards doc. Lift average drafts to publishable, and publishable drafts to excellent.
3. Brand voice and POV:
Define how Learnyst sounds across the blog, social, email, and landing pages. Own the message bank. Keep the voice consistent across channels.
4. Customer-led content:
Translate sales-call insights, support tickets, and customer interviews into content angles. Be the team's source of truth on what buyers actually think.
5. Distribution and repurposing:
Repurpose every long-form piece into LinkedIn, email, and short-form variants. Coordinate with our Content Creator Intern on video direction. Distribution is part of the job, not someone else's problem.
What we're looking for:
- 3–5 years of in-house content experience (not agency)
- Portfolio of BOFU content, comparison pages, case studies, use-case pages, or long-form POV pieces
- Evidence you've edited or improved other people's writing
- Strong writing samples with real POV (not AI cadence)
Nice to have:
- Paid ads experience
- Understanding of how B2B marketing works
- Understanding of product marketing
- Ability to navigate analytic tools
