Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Sales Consultants and Managers for Travel & Holidays, in a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi to support our Australia, India & UK operations. The role involves consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, providing tailored holiday packages and travel itineraries , and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include sales consulting, customer service, responding to inquiries, and maintaining relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive customer satisfaction and grow revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Consulting, with the ability to identify and close opportunities effectively
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide exceptional client experiences
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and support
- Experience in Consulting to understand and cater to client travel requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel, or a relevant field is preferred
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a strong advantage
