We are looking for a Senior Consultant who can take a project brief and approach it with clear, practical thinking, and who fits well into a close-knit team environment.

What We Are Looking For
- 6–10 years of experience in transport planning / traffic engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE / GCC
- Strong grounding in Traffic Impact Studies, transport master planning, and access / circulation strategies
- Clear understanding of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah and KSA authority requirements and processes
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret results and apply engineering judgement
- Confident communicator, able to engage directly with clients and authorities
- Comfortable reviewing work, giving direction, and maintaining quality across deliverables
- Strong report writing and presentation skills - clear, structured, and to the point
- Comfortable under pressure, able to manage priorities, maintain quality, and make clear decisions
- Proactive mindset and takes ownership rather than waiting for instruction
- Proficiency in tools such as Synchro, SIDRA, HCS, MS Excel, and AutoCAD
- Willing to work remotely and travel when required
What You Will Do
- Lead and deliver Traffic Impact Studies, mobility strategies, and advisory work end-to-end
- Review and shape access, circulation, and parking layouts to ensure they work in practice
- Engage directly with clients, authorities, and project teams providing clear technical direction
- Manage project delivery, including timelines, coordination, and quality of outputs
- Present findings and recommendations clearly, using well-structured and visually clear outputs
- Review junior team outputs and ensure consistency and quality across deliverables
- Identify risks early and guide the team towards practical, implementable solutions
- Take accountability for submissions and outcomes, not just the analysis
