Job Responsibilities
- Should handle end to end Automation testing activities individually.
- Should be hands on scripting & execution
- Should be good at bottleneck analysis and detailed test reporting
- Should manage stakeholder expectations
- Perform Test Data and Test Environment coordination activities
- Participate in Weekly Review Meetings
- Suggest tools/frameworks/accelerators to optimize testing effort
- Document lessons learnt and implemented industry best practices for process maturity and quality improvement
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels
- Implemented CI / CD processes
Primary Skills
Selenium and Java
Experience
- 4-6 years of experience as a Automation Tester or similar role
- Experience constructing test cases and executing them across functional, regression and system testing
- Experience using test management tools (ALM, JIRA and VersionOne tool.)
- Knowledge of SQL queries.
- Understanding of agile software development in relation to testing.
- Knowledge and understanding of Testing Standards.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical ability
Shift Timing
13:00 - 21:30 PM for overlap with onsite business partner
