Title: Scrum Master – Healthcare Experience
Location: Hyderabad
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Healthcare domain expertise to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality healthcare technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum practices and a solid understanding of healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Guide teams in Agile best practices and ensure adherence to Scrum framework
- Remove impediments and protect the team from external disruptions
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlog and prioritize healthcare requirements
- Drive continuous improvement and team maturity
- Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HL7, etc.)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master
- Strong experience in Healthcare domain (Payer/Provider/Clinical systems)
- Good understanding of healthcare standards like HIPAA, HL7, FHIR
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM preferred)
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Experience in US Healthcare projects
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and data security in healthcare
- Experience in SAFe Agile framework
