What You’ll do:

As an SAP BRIM Senior Consultant, you will take ownership of leading complex, end-to-end SAP BRIM implementations and solution design engagements. You will bring deep expertise across one or more BRIM modules, serve as a trusted advisor to clients, and guide junior team members toward high-quality delivery outcomes. This role is ideal for an experienced SAP professional who combines strong functional knowledge with leadership capability, a passion for innovation, and the drive to shape the future of billing and revenue management for global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP BRIM solution design, configuration, and delivery for complex, multi-module implementations across global clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client stakeholders; manage expectations, drive workshops, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable, future-ready BRIM solutions aligned with S/4HANA best practices.
• Provide architectural guidance on BRIM module integration, cross-system interfaces, and system landscape strategy.
• Mentor, coach, and review the work of junior and mid-level consultants, fostering a high-quality delivery culture.
• Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities; propose and implement innovative solutions.
• Lead testing cycles, manage escalations, and ensure end-to-end solution validation at every stage of delivery.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution presentations, effort estimations, and client workshops.
• Drive thought leadership through white papers, proof-of-concepts (POCs), accelerators, and internal training programmes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 9–12 years of SAP consulting experience with deep, proven expertise in one or more SAP BRIM modules: FICA/CI, CC, CM, or SOM.
• Demonstrated capability to lead solution architecture and design for complex, multi-module BRIM implementations.
• Strong functional and integration knowledge across the BRIM landscape, including experience with S/4HANA environments.
• Track record of managing client relationships, leading delivery teams, and successfully navigating escalations.
• Ability to produce and validate high-quality FSD/TSD documentation and solution design artefacts.
• Experience in mentoring consultants and contributing to organisational capability development.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and executive communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations or migration projects within the BRIM / Revenue & Billing space.
• Knowledge of relevant industry verticals such as Telecommunications, Utilities, Financial Services, or Media & Entertainment.
• Experience with integration technologies including APIs (REST/SOAP), Kafka, SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP), and enterprise middleware.
• Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• SAP BRIM, SAP FICA, or related SAP certification(s) — highly desirable.
• Experience building internal accelerators, reusable solution templates, or delivering POC demonstrations to clients.
