Role description
Assignment Description
The role will provide application support for the Global SAP Concur product for Sweden and France
It includes supporting Global SAP Concur end users by troubleshooting and resolving ITrelated issues ensuring service continuity and a high level of support quality
The Professional Application Support role is responsible for the daytoday support maintenance and continuous improvement of SAP Concur solutions The role will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure stable service delivery timely issue resolution and effective client communication
Comments on Experience Skills
Indepth knowledge of the SAP Concur system
Experience with the operation of SAP ERP interfaces preferably knowledge of SAP ECCS4HANA systems
Strong service management skills
Knowledge of SAP Concur interfaces
Proficiency in using ServiceNow for ticket management and reporting
Key Responsibilities
Provide application support and maintenance for SAP Concur incident management troubleshooting resolution and followup
Monitor and maintain platform health ensuring availability performance and reliability of Concur services application and integrations
Handle user and client queries including escalations with clear timely communication
Manage support requests endtoend triage analysis action planning resolution and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for fixesenhancements when required including change coordination
Create and maintain support documentation runbooks and knowledge base articles
Participate in root cause analysis RCA and implement preventive actions to reduce repeat incidents
Identify repeated incidents and patterns analyze underlying causes and propose solutions for process and technical improvement
Collaborate with global clients and internal stakeholders to ensure correct interpretation of requirements and smooth service delivery

Should work from Volvo office location and respect the Volvo work from office policy
Candidate needs to travel to client office C V Raman Nagar Bagmane for 2 to 3 days or all days wherever applicable
