Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, Sociology, Development Studies, Rural Development, Social Work, Management, Commerce, Statistics, Engineering, Law, or related disciplines may apply for this position.
Master's Degree (Preferred/Advantageous):
Candidates with a Master's degree in Public Administration, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Development Studies, Governance, Public Policy, Environment & Sustainability, Data Analytics, MBA in Public Policy, Infrastructure Management, Rural Management, CSR, Operations or other relevant disciplines; Masters in Public Health; LLM; ME/M.TECH or equivalent disciplines will be preferred. Advanced degrees or executive education in governance, public management, or development will be an added advantage.
Relevant Work Experience
Candidates with 6 to 10 years of progressive work experience in government advisory, public sector consulting, development sector organisations, research and policy institutions, or multilateral agencies are eligible to apply for this position.
Candidates should have demonstrated experience in independently leading complex government advisory projects, managing client relationships with senior government officials, delivering high-quality analytical outputs, and overseeing project teams. Sectoral expertise in governance, institutional reform, social development, public finance, infrastructure, urban development, or livelihoods will be strongly preferred.
Role Overview
The Senior Consultant - Government Advisory will independently lead complex advisory engagements for Government Departments and Public Institutions, manage senior client relationships, oversee project teams, and deliver high-quality strategic outputs with minimal supervision.
The role requires deep expertise in public sector advisory, strong leadership and project management capabilities, and the ability to engage confidently with senior government officials and institutional stakeholders. The selected candidate will anchor governance transformation, institutional strengthening, policy reform, and development sector advisory for the firm.

Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have an established track record in government advisory, public sector consulting, or development sector leadership, with demonstrated ability to independently manage senior government relationships and lead complex advisory projects. Candidates with deep sectoral expertise in governance, institutional reform, social development, public finance, urban development, or infrastructure will be strongly preferred.
Preference will also be given to candidates with experience in bid leadership, business development, team management, and thought leadership contributions, along with willingness to travel extensively for project-related activities.
Travel & Mobility Requirements
- Willingness to travel within Rajasthan and other locations, as required for project assignments.
- Ability to undertake field visits, stakeholder consultations, district-level reviews, and implementation assessments.
- Flexibility to work in dynamic and fast-paced public sector environments.
- Candidates should be comfortable with short-duration and periodic travel based on project needs.
