Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Consultant, based in Saket, New Delhi. The Senior Consultant will manage client consultations, analyze immigration cases, and provide accurate, tailored advice aligned with their migration goals. The role includes preparing documentation, staying updated on immigration policies, and supporting clients through visa application processes. Additionally, the Senior Consultant will collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and effectiveness in delivering high-quality services.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship management or immigration consultancy
Strong analytical and advisory skills, especially in handling immigration cases and client consultations
Good knowledge of immigration processes for Canada, Australia, UK, and Hong Kong
Ability to prepare and review documents with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage and retain clients
