Responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) requirements.
Define and configure FTP methodologies such as Matched Maturity, Multi-Pool, Cost of funds, Break funding, Liquidity Premium models, Net interest income, net interest margin,etc.
Ensure FTP configurations align with regulatory requirements and banking profitability strategies.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure FTP calculations align with expected results.
Set up rate curves (market/reference curves, liquidity premiums, administrative spreads), product hierarchies, and balance mappings aligned with Chart of Accounts and product taxonomy.
Hands on experience in OFSAA FTP version of 8.0.6.X and above.
Design batch schedules and dependency graphs for daily/weekly/monthly FTP runs.
Operate and fine tune OFSAA batch processing (FTP engine, ALM interface if applicable), optimize indexes/partitions, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Strong SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning, and ETL skills for handling large financial datasets. Hands-on experience in Application setup, System upgrade, Patch installation ,batch optimization, OFSAA environment migration, and production deployments
Experience in reporting the product related issues and challenges with Oracle support team, co-ordinate with necessary stakeholders, applying due diligence in sharing the necessary information/logs with Oracle support and apply the resolution for issues, challenges, vulnerability patches,etc.
Implement environment management (DEV/SIT/UAT/PROD), refresh processes, and change control (versioning, migration packs).
Support downstream consumption (Power BI, OBIEE/OAS, data warehouse) and adhoc analysis for Finance, Treasury, and ALCO.
Hands-on with OFSAA components: Data Model (FSDF), Metadata Manager, Rule & Allocation Frameworks, FTP Engine, LRM/ALM interfaces (nice to have).
Experience with data integration (ETL tools, ODI/Informatica/SSIS or equivalent), and enterprise schedulers (ControlM, Autosys, or similar).
Reporting exposure (Power BI, OBIEE/OAS) and data warehousing concepts (star/snowflake, semantic layers).
Familiarity with Git/version control, CI/CD for config migration, and Linux scripting (bash, shell).
Implement robust DQ controls (completeness, accuracy, timeliness, duplicates, referential integrity) and reconciliation to GL/sub-ledgers.
