Management of entire employee lifecycle
A few things you may be involved in with us:
- Lead and manage high-impact, cross-functional projects that drive operational improvements and strategic transformations aligned with our client's long-term goals
- Take full ownership of project lifecycles, from initial scoping and planning through complex analysis and metric development to final delivery, maintaining consistent engagement with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Act as a key intermediary between internal departments, fostering collaboration and alignment to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met efficiently and effectively.
- Analyze relevant data from diverse sources, ensuring a comprehensive understanding by exploring multiple perspectives and conducting in-depth root cause analyses to identify and prioritize critical factors impacting the business.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, developing robust, detailed execution plans that incorporate thorough risk assessments and contingency measures to support informed decision-making and timely implementation.
- Partner closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps, evaluate potential opportunities, and design innovative, scalable business solutions aimed at driving continuous process and operational improvements.
- Serve as a leader within the Program Management Office, taking end-to-end responsibility for the successful delivery and governance of ongoing programs and initiatives.
- Oversee project closure activities by formalizing acceptance criteria, preparing detailed handover documentation, and ensuring seamless transition of responsibilities to operational teams. Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and recommend enhancements for future projects.
- Mentor junior consultants and analysts, providing guidance on methodologies, best practices, and professional development to build high-performing teams.
- Drive change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies through effective communication and training programs.
- Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions with clients to align business objectives with actionable plans and foster stakeholder buy-in.
Must have Skills and Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or relevant industry roles
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in at least one tool such as Python, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Deep interest in staying abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies for a proactive conversation with clients on potential disruptions and opportunities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong business presentation capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization
- High level of self-motivation, ownership, adaptability, and a strong learning mindset
- Proven ability to make sound decisions and act effectively in fast-paced or high-pressure environments
