Required Experience:
- Experience working as a Maintenance Planner in a ferrous or non-ferrous mineral processing plant (e.g., Iron Ore Concentrator).
- Strong expertise in engineering, maintenance, and material management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end spare parts optimization, including asset register updates, equipment classification, technical specifications, spares criticality (VED analysis), and OEM-validated spare parts lists aligned with MRP/non-MRP strategies.
- Perform material master cataloging and BoM development in MDG, including part number validation, attribute enrichment, obsolescence management, service master creation, load file preparation, and post-upload data corrections.
- Provide MRO master data support through deduplication, material class/group updates, specification enrichment, and standardization and cleansing of short and long text descriptions.
