We are hiring ServiceNow QA / Test Automation Engineers for a Government Digital Services program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute automated tests for ServiceNow CSM
• Develop test automation using Playwright
• Perform API testing (REST/SOAP)
• Conduct performance and load testing
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
Required Skills:
• ServiceNow testing experience
• Playwright or similar automation tools
• API & Integration testing
• Performance testing (JMeter / LoadRunner)
• Agile & DevOps exposure
Experience:
• Consultant: 4–6 years
• Senior Consultant: 7+ years
