We are looking for a ServiceNow Low Code Engineer (Consultant / Senior Consultant) to work on a large-scale Government Digital Services project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop applications on ServiceNow using App Engine
• Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM modules
• Develop workflows using Flow Designer & Integration Hub
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Work closely with stakeholders in an Agile delivery model
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in ServiceNow development
• Hands-on experience with App Engine & CSM
• JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts
• Flow Designer, Integration Hub
• Service Portal (AngularJS is a plus)
Experience:
• Consultant: 4–6 years
• Senior Consultant: 7+ years
Nice to Have:
• ServiceNow certifications
• Government / Public Sector project exposure
