Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Consultant based in Abroad. The Senior Consultant will handle end-to-end consultation processes for clients seeking Canada immigration services. Key responsibilities include assessing eligibility, preparing applications, guiding clients through procedural steps, providing advice on documentation, and ensuring compliance with immigration policies. The role also entails staying updated on legal immigration changes and collaborating with the internal team to provide a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in client consultation, relationship management, and delivering personalized service
- Proficiency in understanding and explaining immigration rules, procedures, and documentation requirements
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain attention to detail, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using immigration tools and software systems
- Relevant professional experience in immigration consulting or legal advisory roles
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Law, International Relations, or Business Administration is preferred
- Familiarity with Canada's immigration system and policies is an added advantage
