Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Senior Consultant based in Pune Division. Responsibilities include consulting and advisory support across domains such as risk management, compliance, and process transformation. The Senior Consultant will engage in conducting audits, analyzing processes, implementing automation solutions, and supporting project delivery for clients. The role also involves client relationship management, leadership in managing project teams, and delivery of high-quality solutions tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Risk Advisory, Compliance Management, and Enterprise Risk Management
- Experience in Accounting Advisory, Audit Support, and CFO Services
- Proficiency in Automation, RPA-based analytics, Data Analytics, and Dashboarding
- Skills in supply chain reviews, physical verification of inventory, and fixed assets management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities
- Relevant professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA, or certifications in IT, legal, or compliance domains
- Experience in consulting with Fortune 500 clients is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
