Functional & Technical Responsibilities
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Customer Service and Sales & Distribution processes, including contract management, pricing, order-to-cash (OTC), partner determination, billing, credit management, and master data management.
- Design system solutions aligned with functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ensure system designs comply with enterprise architecture standards and support scalable global templates.
- Participate in scoping discussions, fit-gap analysis workshops, and solution design for new implementations and enhancements.
- Provide effort estimation and solution recommendations for identified business gaps.
- Configure SAP modules and support solution delivery according to project timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules and external systems.
- Work on application support activities, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs.
- Support SAP implementation projects, enhancements, and change requests.
- Ensure all developments and solutions are documented, peer reviewed, and approved by business stakeholders.
- Conduct solution testing including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
- Translate business requirements into SAP S/4HANA functional specifications.
- Support integration across modules such as MM, SD, FICO, PS, and other SCM components.
- Deliver end-user training, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- 8–10 years of experience as an SAP CS/SD Consultant.
- Strong expertise in SAP Customer Service (CS) and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or support projects.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.
- Experience integrating SAP with external systems using IDocs, Proxies, and SAP PI/PO or middleware tools.
- Extensive knowledge of Quotations, Sales Orders, and Contracts (Value & Quantity).
- Strong integration knowledge between CS and modules such as SD, MM, FICO, and PS.
- Experience with Service Orders, Service Contracts, and Repairs Processes.
- Familiarity with Project-based services models such as Time & Material and Fixed Price services.
- Knowledge of timesheet processes, cost booking, and resource-related billing.
- Understanding of enterprise data management and interface architecture concepts.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
