Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Belgaum. The Construction Project Manager will oversee multiple construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and specifications. Responsibilities include project planning, coordination, and execution, managing construction teams, supervising on-site activities, and addressing project-related issues. - Strong skills in Project Coordination and managing cross-functional teams
- Experience in Budgeting and cost control for construction projects
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Thorough understanding of safety standards, regulations, and quality assurance in construction
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in project management tools and construction software
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in construction or project management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with various teams and stakeholders
