We’re Hiring: Senior Computer Vision Engineer
We’re looking for a Senior Computer Vision Engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience to lead the development and deployment of AI-powered Quality Inspection and Computer Vision solutions for industrial environments.
You’ll take ownership across the complete vision pipeline, from image acquisition and dataset development to model training, deployment, optimization, and production validation.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Lead R&D efforts in Computer Vision product development and guide junior engineers
🔹 Design and develop automated quality inspection and defect detection solutions
🔹 Develop and train Deep Learning models for:
- Object Detection
- Image Classification
- Semantic & Instance Segmentation
- Visual Anomaly & Defect Detection
🔹 Build datasets, define annotation requirements, perform augmentation, and evaluate model performance
🔹 Apply OpenCV and image processing techniques for preprocessing, measurement, feature extraction, filtering, and post-processing
🔹 Conduct model validation and error analysis using precision, recall, false positives, false negatives, and defect-level performance
🔹 Develop end-to-end QC pipelines combining model predictions with inspection logic
🔹 Deploy and optimize Computer Vision models for real-time production environments
🔹 Work with industrial cameras and vision systems, including image acquisition, calibration, ROI configuration, and integration
🔹 Troubleshoot challenges involving lighting, reflections, camera positioning, motion blur, product variations, and defect appearance
🔹 Work closely with production and quality teams to translate inspection requirements into practical Computer Vision solutions
🔹 Continuously improve deployed models using production data and newly identified defect scenarios
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Computer Vision / Deep Learning
- Strong Python programming skills
- Strong fundamentals in Computer Vision and Deep Learning
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch / TensorFlow and OpenCV
- Experience with object detection, classification, and segmentation models
- Experience deploying Computer Vision models into production
- Experience with industrial cameras and vision system integration
- Prior experience building and deploying Computer Vision-based QC / automated inspection systems
- Experience with manufacturing defects, surface defects, dimensional abnormalities, or similar quality inspection use cases
- Familiarity with GPU-based inference and model optimization
Good to Have
- Multi-camera vision systems
- TensorRT, ONNX, NVIDIA GPUs, Jetson, or similar edge platforms
- Industrial automation or PLC integration
- Real-time Computer Vision pipeline optimization
- Vision Transformers or newer Computer Vision architectures
- Vision-Language Models (VLMs) for industrial or visual inspection
- Experience handling limited or imbalanced defect datasets
