Are you an experienced KYC / AML / Compliance professional looking for your next opportunity in a dynamic, multi-jurisdictional business environment?
We are looking for a KYC & AML Compliance Specialist to help strengthen and standardize our customer and supplier due diligence framework across the Group.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct KYC, CDD & EDD reviews for customers and suppliers.
- Verify corporate structures, UBOs, source of funds, constitutional documents and identification records.
- Perform risk assessments and ensure complete onboarding documentation.
- Conduct PEP, sanctions and adverse media screening.
- Screen against UN, OFAC, EU, UK HMT and applicable local sanctions lists.
- Conduct periodic KYC reviews and remediation exercises.
- Monitor AML, CTF, sanctions and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate KYC records, audit trails and compliance documentation.
- Prepare management reports covering onboarding, exceptions, overdue reviews and remediation.
- Liaise with Sales, Procurement, Operations, Finance and Legal teams to resolve compliance matters.
- Support group-wide KYC policies, procedures, training and regulatory updates.
- Escalate potential sanctions or material compliance concerns promptly.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years’ experience in KYC, AML, Compliance, Banking, Commodity Trading or Financial Services.
- Experience reviewing corporate entities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong understanding of UAE, GCC and international AML/KYC requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Law or a related discipline preferred.
- CAMS certification is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, investigative, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
