The Compensation & Benefits (C&B) function is responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing effective compensation and benefits strategies, processes, and programs for ANSR’s clients during consulting engagements. The Analyst – Compensation & Benefits will support the setup and scaling of new Global Capability Centers (GCCs) by providing expert insights, guidance, and execution support across all C&B workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
· Work with the People, Organization and Culture team to deliver high quality, effective Compensation and Benefits solutions tailored for ANSR’s clients with focus on the following areas:
o C&B design, including pay ranges, pay structuring, pay mix, and benefits design
o Play an integral role in delivering the annual pay review and bonus processes at ANSR clients.
o Align with statutory compliance; be aware of market practices and developments.
o Compensation and Benefits market benchmarking, trends, andadvisory
o Job evaluation and levelling.
o Annual C&B cycle budgeting, management, and execution
· Present solutions and recommendations in a structured and articulate manner to client and/or ANSR internal teams
· Conduct due diligence for renewals and trends for Insurance and employee wellness programs at ANSR clients.
· Coordinate with HR operations to implement the programs in consultation with the HR business partner.
· Liaise with Benefits Partners/ vendors and work with other functions such as HR operations and finance to execute Benefits Programs at ANSR clients.
· Provide CoE consulting advice to established clients, design and implement specific rewards-related projects. Manage C&B Project Modules under guidance of C&B/POC leadership.
Experience and Requirements
Required Experience and Skills:
· 2+ years of experience in a compensation role. A mix of consulting and field C&B is preferred.
· All-round understanding of Total Rewards design principles and their application, along with associated business acumen.
· Familiarity with one or more of the leading Job Evaluation frameworks.
· Experience in conducting annual compensation cycles.
· Experience in engaging with and onboarding benefits vendors.
· High level of Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel.
· Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data and insights.
Preferred experience and Skills
· Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
· University degree in HR with a Masters/MBA strongly preferred.
· Relevant certifications from widely recognized professional bodies.
