Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead commercial strategy, project administration, and financial operations across ESIPL's diversified consulting portfolio. This is a senior leadership role requiring commercial acumen and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environmental and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end commercial management of EIA, environmental clearance, testing, and infrastructure projects
· Drive project administration — contracts, milestone tracking, resource planning, and client coordination
· Oversee the company’s financial operations: budgeting, billing, cost control, P&L accountability, and cash flow management
· Support business development: proposal preparation, pricing strategy, and bid management
What We Are Looking For
· Experience in commercial/project management within environmental consulting, infrastructure, or EPC sectors
· Strong track record in project finance, contract negotiation, and multi-stakeholder management
· Familiarity with environmental regulatory frameworks: EIA, PCB approvals, CRZ, NABL/NABET processes (preferred)
· Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
· B.E./B.Tech or M.Sc. in a relevant discipline; MBA (Finance/Operations) preferred
