At Quest for Success, we work with high-potential students targeting the world’s most selective universities—and we’re looking for someone who can help us engineer those outcomes.
🌍 The Role
Work directly with the founder to build one of India’s most premium admissions firms—focused on high-impact students targeting top global universities.
You won’t be handling volume.
You’ll be working closely with a select group of ambitious students, owning their strategy end-to-end.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Build standout student profiles (research, internships, competitions, impact)
- Drive positioning & narrative strategy (not just college lists)
- Mentor deeply on essays that actually get noticed
- Guide students applying to highly selective universities (US, UK & beyond)
- Work directly with the founder on high-stakes cases
