Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Senior Collection Executive. The responsibilities include overseeing the collections process, ensuring timely recovery of payments, maintaining debtor accounts, and building relationships with clients to mitigate risks. The role also involves preparing and presenting collection efficiency metrics, implementing recovery strategies, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Willingness for extensive local and outstation travel to Burdwan, Medinipore & Guwahati
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in debt recovery, collections management, and account reconciliation
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and relationship management with clients
- Sound analytical skills to review and interpret financial data and collection trends
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements related to financial services
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Relevant experience and sound knowledge of SME products
• Understanding of legal and documentation activities related to SME lending
• Ability to manage both secured and unsecured portfolios
