Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to manage an isolated cloud service portfolio and design the secure future integration of this environment with enterprise platforms. This role is critical to ensuring operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and secure data exchange across restricted and highly regulated cloud zones.
The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on cloud engineering expertise combined with strong security, networking, and integration architecture experience, particularly within regulated or restricted environments.

Key Responsibilities
· Own and manage an isolated cloud service portfolio, ensuring stability, availability, and compliance
· Design and implement a secure future-state integration architecture between restricted cloud zones and enterprise platforms
· Ensure secure data exchange, network segmentation, and access control across cloud environments
· Maintain high standards of operational resilience, security posture, and regulatory adherence
· Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operating procedures
· Provide support, maintenance, and configuration management for cloud services
· Drive service changes, enhancements, and continuous improvements in line with governance standards
· Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting for cloud and integration-related issues
· Collaborate with security, networking, platform, and compliance teams to align designs and operations
· Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews as required

Required Skills & Experience
· Strong hands-on experience as a Senior Cloud Engineer / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
· Deep expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or equivalent) within restricted or isolated environments
· Solid understanding of cloud security principles, including identity and access management, encryption, and secure networking
· Proven experience with networking concepts such as VPC/VNet design, routing, firewalls, private connectivity, and segmentation
· Experience designing secure integrations between isolated and enterprise cloud environments
· Strong background in incident management, troubleshooting, and operational support
· Experience working in highly regulated environments (financial services, banking, healthcare, government, etc.)
· Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical and non-technical stakeholders

· Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, SOC, regulatory controls, internal risk standards)
· Exposure to zero trust architectures and restricted-zone cloud designs
