Role Description

This is a remote, part-time, contract-based role for a Senior Clinical Psychologist.

The psychologist will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Develop personalized treatment and care plans
• Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to junior psychologists (as required)
• Contribute to the development and clinical validation of digital self-care modules
• Collaborate with the product and AI teams to ensure clinically sound, outcome-driven care delivery

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, and Mental Health Treatment
• Demonstrated experience in psychological testing and assessments
• Experience in clinical supervision and mentoring
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• M.Phil / PsyD / PhD / Master’s in Clinical Psychology or related field
• Valid license / RCI registration (or relevant jurisdictional license)
• Experience with tele-therapy or digital mental health platforms is a plus
