Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Senior Clinical Psychologist. The Senior Clinical Psychologist will provide diagnostic assessments, create personalized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to patients with psychiatric and psychological conditions. Additional responsibilities include conducting psycho-diagnostic evaluations, facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, supervising junior staff, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care. The role also entails contributing to mental health awareness initiatives and ongoing research projects.
Qualifications
- Expertise in psychological assessments, psycho-diagnostics, and therapeutic interventions
- Proficiency in individual and group psychotherapy techniques
- Experience in building and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to patient needs
- Skills in patient communication, outcome documentation, and progress monitoring
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- A postgraduate degree or higher in Clinical Psychology or a related field
- Certification or license to practice as a clinical psychologist in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Prior experience in psychiatry or working within rehabilitation settings is an advantage
