Role Description The Senior Clinical Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Sahayog Hospitals in Gondia. This role oversees daily clinical operations, ensuring that patient care is safe, efficient, and aligned with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. The individual will lead and support multidisciplinary clinical teams, coordinate care pathways, and monitor clinical performance and quality indicators. Responsibilities include developing and implementing clinical protocols, supporting home care initiatives, optimizing resource utilization, and collaborating with medical leadership on service improvements. The Senior Clinical Manager will also mentor staff, organize training programs, drive quality improvement projects, and maintain strong communication with patients, families, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Clinical Operations and Quality Improvement skills to manage workflows, standards of care, and performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Medicine and Home Care to support comprehensive treatment plans and continuity of care beyond the hospital.
- Candidates should possess Training and staff development skills to mentor clinical teams and build capabilities through structured programs.
- Relevant professional degree in medicine, nursing, or allied health (e.g., MBBS, MD, DNB, BSc Nursing, or equivalent) with appropriate registration and licenses.
- Several years of experience in clinical leadership or hospital management, preferably in multi-specialty or community-focused healthcare settings.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities, with attention to patient safety, ethical practice, and evidence-based care.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative teams.
- Experience with hospital information systems, clinical documentation standards, and regulatory compliance frameworks is beneficial.
