Role: Client Solutions Partner (Life Sciences/Pharma)
Work location: Mumbai & Bangalore

About The Role
As a Senior Client Solutions Partner, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities with prospective life sciences (pharma, biotech and medical devices, etc.) clients. You will leverage your industry knowledge around life sciences, consultative selling skills, and a deep understanding of our AI, Data & Platform services portfolio to build strong relationships with clients and drive successful outcomes. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. This is a challenging and rewarding role for an individual passionate about the industry problems that can be solved using state-of-the-art technologies & their potential to revolutionize businesses.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work with the sales team to lead, build and cultivate new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and engaging with potential clients in life sciences (Pharma, biotech, medical devices, etc.)
- Play the role of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with the customer about their challenges and be the trusted advisor for potential solutions that will help their business
- Understand client needs, pain points, and business objectives, and effectively articulate how Quantiphi’s portfolio of services & products can address their challenges and deliver value
- Develop and deliver compelling solutions presented via presentations, demos and proposals that showcase the benefits and capabilities of our solutions for the customer's business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, business analysts and project managers, to design tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within client organizations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services and differentiate our value proposition
- Provide regular industry forecasts, regulatory technology updates, and market intelligence to sales leadership
- Lead, mentor & ramp up the team of engineers and business analysts working under your guidance and enable a high-functioning global team
- Act as the main point of conduit in all matters relating to client concerns and needs to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and experience
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as required
Must Have Skills
- Demonstrable experience of 16+ years working in an IT Service or Consulting company for a Pharma/Biotech or Medical Devices customer(s) headquartered in Europe or North America
- Deep and demonstrable expertise and working experience of at least 12+ years providing data and technology solutions in at least 3 of the following areas:
- Manufacturing Supply Chain
- Commercial (Sales and Marketing)
- Pharmacovigilance and Real World Evidence
- Regulatory Compliance
- R&D
- Clinical Trials
- Demonstrable general understanding of the Pharma, Biotech and Medical Devices industry value chain
- Demonstrable ability to professionally communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Demonstrable experience in technical solutions and delivery based on customer needs, especially in the areas of cloud, data, and artificial intelligence
- Demonstrable experience in writing SOWs
- Demonstrable experience of coaching, mentoring and leading a young team of engineers and analysts
- Ability to travel to client locations or industry events, depending on the requirements (US Visa a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent listening, communication (written and verbal), and presentation abilities
