ABOUT THE ROLE
Position: Full-Time Clients Social Media Manager
Experience Required: 3 - 4 years
Location: On-site, Park Street, Kolkata
Timings: Monday–Friday, 9:45 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturdays: Work From Home(10:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
Laptop: You must carry your own laptop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking marketing projects and timelines.
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements, share updates, and support client reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, marketing) to assign tasks and ensure timely delivery.
- Track project progress, performance metrics, and maintain organized project documentation.
- Identify potential issues, support problem-solving, and suggest improvements to project workflows.
