Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi for a Senior Client Servicing Manager. The individual in this role will manage client relationships, ensure accurate delivery of campaigns, and align client goals with team execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include fostering client satisfaction, providing exceptional customer support, managing communication between clients and internal teams, and addressing client feedback while maintaining long-term relationships. The role requires active involvement in identifying client needs and ensuring that project outputs meet high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Proven experience in managing client expectations and delivering results
- Effective organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Experience in the alco-bev, events, or hospitality industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
