Job Title: Senior Account Executive
Location: Worli, Mumbai (On-site)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Senior Account Executive to manage client deliverables and support
campaign execution. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring quality
output, and maintaining strong client and internal communication.
Key Responsibilities:
● Understand client brand identity, objectives, and requirements.
● Manage quality checks and oversee content posting across platforms.
● Create and maintain reports, including JSRs and social media performance.
● Assist in campaign planning, cost sheets, and presentation creation.
● Coordinate with internal teams to execute campaigns and content calendars.
● Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand alignment.
● Manage vendor coordination, invoicing, and financial trackers.
● Conduct hygiene checks and ensure smooth workflow across teams.
● Perform industry research to support campaign strategies.
● Ensure timely delivery of tasks across multiple brands.
Preferred Skills:
● 1.5–3 years of experience in client servicing/account management.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
● Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office tools and reporting.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
